      Mary, Outstanding article about Gratitude! I had no idea about all the benefits of gratitude. Have been keeping a gratitude journal for ten years to capture the great blessings in every day to see where my cup has runneth over. So excited to join this challenge and set higher goals for myself. Just know that several pages were filled every day when I went to reflect on all of the blessings and great things that I was so grateful for in my learnings, people encounters, unexpected clients, new earnings, and positive happenings.
