I am thankful that the pieces of my printing puzzle are coming together to make the binder version of the manual happen. I am thankful that I have wonderful friends who helped me with the cover designs. I am thankful that the right people are in the right place at the right time to make everything happen. I am thankful that I have colleagues who have the courage and grace to tell me what needed to be improved as the writing progressed.
